First, undo what the cleaning changed

Cleaning means switching the unit off and opening the grille or kickplate. Before suspecting anything else, check that it went back on at the control (on a two-section model, that both sections are running), that the breaker is still up and that the grille is seated with nothing left inside.

What a clean coil can and cannot fix

The condenser fan. If it does not turn while the compressor runs, a spotless coil still cannot get rid of its heat.
The fan inside the warm section. It moves the cold from the coil onto the shelves; a stalled one leaves the chill trapped at the coil.
A failed defrost. Ice packed over the inside coil blocks the air whatever the condenser looks like.
A door or gasket that no longer seals all the way round.
The sealed system: a slow leak or a compressor that no longer pumps well. This is where the gauges come in, and only after everything above has been cleared.
